We work out where AI pays in your business, then build it.

Your data

We begin with no access, and you decide each step after.

This page sets out what we read, what we keep and what we never do.

Six commitments

  • We only read what you choose to show us, and we start with no access at all.
  • We only use AI providers whose terms rule out training on your data.
  • Nothing we build sends, replies or deletes without a person approving it.
  • We keep what we need for the work, and delete it when the work ends or when you ask.
  • Your information is never shared with another client.
  • The form collects your name and work email, only so we can reply. Ask us to delete it by replying to any email from us.

How access grows, if it grows at all

The first conversation needs none. We ask how your week runs, and never to see your systems or your inbox.

If you'd like to see a result first, you can send a small sample. A handful of past proposals or a week of supplier emails is plenty.

If you decide to go ahead, we ask to read only what the work needs. A proposal desk needs your past proposals. A credential watch needs your document folders and staff records.

Read-only means it can look but not act. It can't send, reply, delete or move a thing. Where a draft would help, it leaves the draft for a person.

You can switch access off on any day. That stops everything at once, and you don't need us to do it.

What "a person approves" means

Nothing we build sends a message, pays a bill or changes a record by itself. It prepares the work and puts it in front of a named person.

They read it and decide. If they do nothing, nothing happens.

When the work ends

We keep what the work needs and nothing more. When the work ends, we delete it, and sooner if you ask.

If you have questions

Please raise them in the first conversation. We would much rather you asked.

Shall we find an hour?

A first conversation is with one of our co-founders. It's free, takes about an hour, and needs no access.

Ask for a first conversation

A person writes back, usually within one working day.
